Philip Giordano
Attorney Giordano began his career in the Enforcement Division of the SEC’s New York Regional Office, handling civil and administrative actions against broker-dealers for securities law violations. He later served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in New Jersey, prosecuting federal crimes with a focus on securities fraud.
In the early 1990s, he transitioned to private practice in Massachusetts, co-founding Reed & Giordano, P.A. in 2005. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in commercial and complex civil litigation, securities law, arbitration, and corporate disputes. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts.

Derek Glover
Derek joined Reed & Giordano in July of 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Glover worked as an associate in a small general practice firm with a focus on personal injury and residential real estate.
Attorney Glover obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University and has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2011.

Julian Frare
Julian Frare graduated from Boston College Law School in May 2023. During his time, Attorney Frare gained extensive experience in litigation concerning family, business, and contract matters. Attorney Frare was born and raised in Suffield, CT and attended undergrad at Quinnipiac University, where he majored in both legal studies and philosophy. Besides the law, Attorney Frare loves to run, hike, and play soccer. You can often find him walking the Chestnut Hill reservoir with his German shepherd, Zelda. He is excited to begin his formal legal career at our office starting in September 2023.

Taylor Gould
Taylor Gould graduated from Boston University School of Law in May 2024. Attorney Gould achieved her concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Law at BU, and gained extensive litigation experience in business law, risk management and compliance, and government matters. She was actively involved in the Journal for Science and Technology and various clubs, including tenure as President of Lawyers in Technology. Attorney Gould is originally from Syracuse, NY and attended Le Moyne College, where she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, minor in Cybersecurity, and earned an award for excellence in social sciences.

Molly Sullivan has been a legal administrative assistant for five years. Molly studied Political Science with an emphasis on the judicial system. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in December 2021 and majored in American Politics and Society.
